These fantastic brutalist open metal-work earrings surmounted by a large high-domed topaz cabochon were designed by Eugene Bertolli. The collection was known as “Bird’s Nest.” It was featured in the 1973 collection and is highly coveted by collectors as it was made in limited numbers.

Fabulous vintage Napier foxtail chain fringe earrings. These earrings are featured on page 227 of “The Napier Co.: Defining 20th Century American Costume Jewelry. They feature multiple chains cinched at the center and folded back to create a waterfall-like effect. There were two collections with this design. One was produced in the 1950s and the other in the 1970s. The chain used in the 1950s (shown here) has a tighter composition than the chain used in the 1970s design.
