Hand-carved Napier gold-plated penguin pin, c. 1960-1970s white metal, cast, gold-plated, rhinestone. Measures 1 1/4″ x 13/16″ w. The figural pins designed by Napier were often made from hand-carved designs. The designers of the company were well trained in the art of metalsmithing.
