Along with your book order you will received an enclosed gift card to give to the person of your choice. If you’d like us to deliver the book to an address other than the shipping address provided on the PayPal payment, immediately send us the name and email address of your gift recipient, along with your name, PayPal email address and date of purchase. (We have been known to get orders out within 30 minutes of purchase.) Please also include any message you want scripted on the card.
