October 7, 2022This is an extraordinary Napier brooch that seems to have been produced in limited numbers. Often designs within a grouping were made in quantities of 25 or less. As someone who has studied Napier for over 22 years, I have seen this piece three times. The brooch features beautiful curvy open metal work suspending an array of silver-plated and glass charms including a crown, gryphons, and a bee.
